Nalazi se u zgradi na prvom spratu, u mirnom delu Nea Kalikratie. Gradska plaža i prvi supermarketi su udaljeni svega nekoliko minuta. Apartman ima pogled na dvorište.
U sobi se nalaze bračni krevet, kao i ležaj za dve osobe, koji se razvlači. Studio poseduje i televizor. Korišćenje klime i wifi - a je uključeno u cenu. Goste će sačekati čista posteljina i peškiri, kao i fen i pegla za veš. Promena posteljine i peškira je petog dana boravka (važi za boravke od 10 noćenja ili više). Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena (indukcioni rešo, aparat za kafu, toster, ketler, posuđe…) Kupatilo je moderno opremljeno.
Parking je moguć na ulici, ispred same zgrade (javni parking). Check in je posle 14h, a check out je do 10.00h.

The two-room apartment was great, it had all we needed for a comfortable 10-day stay. Spacious and equipped with everything you may need. The owners were great and responded fast to every request. The best part was the terrace - it was large and perfect.

The apartment is wonderful, it contains everything you need for a vacation. It is located in a quiet environment and only a few minutes walk from the beach and the center. I am very satisfied with my stay and would come back again.

Overall great place! The view from the terrace to the sea is beautiful! The owner, although I met her virtually, is very kind and helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean and fully equipped! Overall 10/10 and I fully recommend it ;)
