It is located in Nea Kalikratia, on the third floor of a building in the first row by the sea, close to the city beach, the center, and the nearest supermarkets (3–4 minutes on foot). Right across from the building where the apartment is located, there is an undeveloped beach where swimming is also possible. The apartment offers a side sea view and is suitable for up to 5 guests.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Each bedroom contains two single beds, and there is also a single bed in the kitchen area. The television is located in the living room. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units. Use of Wi-Fi and air conditioning is included in the price. Guests will find clean bed linen and towels upon arrival. Bedding and towels are changed on the fifth day of the stay (applicable for stays of 10 nights or more). The kitchen is fully equipped (two-burner stove, kettle, refrigerator, cookware, etc.). The bathroom is an integral part of the apartment.
