Right across from the building where the apartment is located, there is an undeveloped beach where swimming is also possible. The apartment offers a side sea view and is suitable for accommodating 5 to 6 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, while the other has two single beds. In the kitchen area, there is a sofa bed (suitable for a child). The television is located in the living room. The apartment has two air conditioning units. Use of Wi-Fi and air conditioning is included in the price. Guests will find clean bed linen and towels upon arrival. Bedding and towels are changed on the fifth day of the stay (applicable for stays of 10 nights or more). The kitchen is fully equipped (two-burner stove, kettle, refrigerator, cookware, etc.). The bathroom is an integral part of the apartment.
