Right across from the building where the apartment is located, there is an undeveloped beach where swimming is also possible. The apartment offers a side sea view and overlooks the inner courtyard. It is suitable for accommodating 3 to 4 people.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a kitchen area that includes a single bed and a sofa bed (suitable for a child). There is a television in the kitchen area. Use of Wi-Fi and air conditioning is included in the price. Guests will find clean bed linen and towels upon arrival.
